Updating and uploading of attendance records

Checking and updating of payment status

Administration and management of grant claim

Submission of report(s) to internal and external agencies and other related matters.

Provision of supporting document to SSG, its appointed auditor and/or nominated representative for audits

Provision of a wide range of administrative and management support


 At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience

Relevant qualification in any discipline

Meticulous with good administrative/ planning skills

Good oral and written communications, as well as interpersonal skills

Must be a team player; and possess a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with problem-solving skills

Good in Microsoft Excel (eg. VLook & Pivot etc.)

Workplace is located at Lifelong Learning Institute (near Paya Lebar MRT station)
